In CONSCIOUS MOTION CLASS we seek the maximum efficiency and awareness of movement. My aim is to help you use your muscles and joints in an effective and careful manner in order to avoid any injury during the every-day, repetitive tasks and routines.   


You will gain flexibility, endurance, and the most important, freedom at movement. Through very simple, enjoyable and painless exercises I will teach you to optimize the quality of motion.
